We have integrated with the largest pharmacy benefit companies, providing consumers with unprecedented access to health plan information and low prices on medications. Team's management team has deep domain expertise in drug pricing and consumer technology.

Interpersonal Skills
- Communicate work status clearly to engineering team members and product managers. - Set reasonable expectations among team members for work estimations. Feel
comfortable saying 'no' and articulating trade-offs when discussing plans. - Willingness to openly discuss errors, shortcomings, and failures and receive feedback
from team members and managers. - Participate actively in building an open and inclusive engineering culture. - Understand product vision and underlying business mechanics to help plan and develop features with an eye to future additions and scalability.


Technical Skills
- Proven ability to build clean, robust software that performs well under serious load. - Ability to build features that balance abstraction against speed of delivery based on the
requirements of a project. - Possess a strong knowledge of modern web development tech stacks available in market and evaluate new tools/frameworks. - Strong interest in working with team to improve code quality, review PRs, and suggest

improvements to new commits. - Engage actively with dev team to understand technical challenges and develop plans to solve them.

Requisite Qualifications
- 1+ years experience working as a remote team member for an American or European
company. - Demonstrated proficiency with React.js - Strong desire to learn new technologies and incorporate new technologies after critical evaluation of their benefits and potential risks. - Focus on quality and sense of craftsmanship in all projects.
