Challenger is a free online Application for creation of various video or photo challenges, wherein the winner is decided by public voting. The App allows to create competitions among friends and outsiders. Challenges are divided into public that anyone can take part in, and private for a particular circle of invited participants. Challenges can be created in image or video file formats. Any challenge is time-limited and its participants can submit to it within a set time period. The number of received likes during the competition decides its winner.
