I need an experienced WordPress developer to help me with a few projects I'm working on. I speak intermediate level Russian, but I want to work with a fluent English speaker.

We will be developing custom themes and plugins with custom functionality using custom designs. We won't be configuring ThemeForest themes or plugins unless it's really necessary.

I want a developer with a strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Sass and the WordPress API. If you know Vue.js, Webpack, OO PHP, Ubuntu 16.04 and Git, it would be useful.
