Job description:

- Managing the interchange of data between the server and the users (API). Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end;

- Integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well;

- Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server side logic;

- Building reusable code and libraries for future use;

- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability;

- Implementation of security and data protection;

- Design and implementation of data storage solutions;

- Developing developer focused tutorials and references are often the difference between success and failure for API adoption.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Qualifications and requirements:

- IT/ Marketing education background;

- 3 years experiences in MFI would be relevant;

- An understanding of REST API fundamentals, including prior API design experience;

- Proven ability with programming languages, such as Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, or C#;

- Understanding CI/CD and QA best practices;

- Ability to write and review effective technical documentation, such as tutorials and API service specs;

- Ability to communicate with a customer’s technical and management staff;

- Experience with modern operations technologies, including network and cloud infrastructure providers;

- Experience working with compliance-oriented enterprises (ex. HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
