DevTeam.Space, an AI-powered software development platform is looking for a sales/lead generation manager who will help us close more deals on UpWork.

If you can understand client's needs and come up with a catchy and tech-savvy proposal, mantain a close communication and make a lead to commit, we are looking exactly for you.

Requirements:
Fluent English with excellent writing skills is a must!
Sales experience on UpWork, eLance, and other platforms.
Technical competence. You must know what is a RESTful API and how is React different from Angular. Experience in software development is a big plus.
Problem solving skills. While bidding on UpWork you will need to provide a solution to a client's problem, not just a template-based reply.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring of promising projects on upWork.com - mostly US/UK/AU based.
Writing solid and tech-savvy proposals with problem-solving approach.
Written and spoken communication with leads.
Collectiing initial specifications from potential customers.
